Frequently Asked Questions About IAMPROSAY Plans
No. You can use IAMPROSAY without a subscription by paying only for the specific tools or documents you need, when you need them. A subscription is there if you want ongoing access and added features, but it's never required just to get started.
Protect ($29/mo) covers ongoing protection for everyday debt and credit issues: unlimited FDCPA and FCRA violation scans, unlimited collection letter analysis, dispute and validation letters, and document storage. Protect+ ($49/mo) builds on that with lawsuit-level support, including unlimited Answer and motion generation, attorney review credits, and faster turnaround. In short: Protect+ is for people facing a lawsuit, while Protect covers what most people need for a single debt or credit situation.
Tokens are credits you buy once and use across any tool on the platform. Pick a pack, refill your dashboard wallet, and unlock a document or tool instantly, instead of paying separately for every action. Packs start at 10 tokens for $10 and scale up to 100 tokens for $60.
No. IAMPROSAY tokens never expire. They stay in your account wallet whether or not you have an active subscription, and can be used at any time.
Yes. You can purchase individual documents or tools on a pay-as-you-go basis without committing to a monthly plan. This works well if you only have one issue to handle right now.
Attorney Review means a licensed attorney checks your document for legal accuracy before it's finalized. It confirms that the information and forms reflect current law and procedure. It does not include legal representation or advice specific to your case.
No. Protect+ gives you access to expanded self-help tools and, where applicable, attorney-reviewed content, but it does not include an attorney representing you, filing on your behalf, or providing advice on your specific situation. If your situation requires representation, we'll help you understand when it's time to hire an attorney directly.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings. An upgrade starts right away with a new 30-day billing cycle. A cancellation, or a downgrade made by turning off auto-renew, takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep access until then.
No. IAMPROSAY is a legal self-help platform. We provide legal information, document tools, and attorney-reviewed content, but we are not a law firm and do not provide legal representation. For advice specific to your situation, you should consult a licensed attorney.
