1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IAMPROSAY, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

IAMPROSAY offers "Protect" and "Protect+" subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method on a recurring monthly basis until the subscription is canceled.

Plan Changes (Upgrades & Downgrades)

● Upgrades:Upgrades take effect immediately. When you upgrade, your billing cycle resets to the date of the upgrade, and you are charged the full price of the new tier. No prorated credits are transferred from the previous plan.
● Downgrades:Downgrades take effect immediately. Features exclusive to the higher-tier plan will be removed upon the plan change. We do not issue prorated credits or cash refunds for unused time on the higher tier. The new, lower rate will simply take effect on your next scheduled billing date.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal in your dashboard.

Subscriptions: Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of your current paid billing period. No further charges will be made. We do not issue partial refunds for the remainder of the month.
One-Time Purchases: Credits (Tokens), document unlock fees, and add-on services (Attorney Review, Filing) are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or the digital product delivered.
Attorney Reviews: Once an attorney review is purchased and the document is submitted for review, the fee is non-refundable as professional resources are immediately allocated.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide to IAMPROSAY. You should review all generated documents for accuracy before filing or sending them. IAMPROSAY is not responsible for legal outcomes or court decisions.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use IAMPROSAY for illegal purposes, to harass others, or to attempt unauthorized access to our systems. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

IAMPROSAY and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the information provided on it.
